The size of the mat is 10 inches by 8 and the picture itself measures 4 3/4 inches by 3 1/2.The condition is great for its age. But would look even better is a nice frame. We bought this when we lived in the Philadelphia area at a house sale. My wife and I have collected for over 40 years and thought when we retired we would open an antique store but now that we are retired we have no interest in a store so selling online. We bought this because we like it and many people over the years have taken “Poetry of Flowers” prints and framed them. They are beautiful and simple.
