Description: Early historical transfer-printed handleless teacup circa 1820 from (Britain) England produced for the American market. This teacup scene is rare although there are 1000s of different images produced. I haven’t found another one online like this one. Here’s a couple enthusiastically waiting to find out about something from the person on the right. The man on right is looking through a magnifying glass with his right hand holding something. Mayb a rhinestone Im not sure but I wonder myself what that could be. I wish I knew! The condition is good. There is definitely aging with it being nearly over 100 years old. There are flea bites around the rim with a small hairline crack that is not completely through just surface. There’s also a chip on the base of the cup. Pls see pics carefully. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask and thank you for looking…
