Description: This authentic, probably 1830s, antique corset is pretty enough for display, and in great condition for wear! Gorgeous floral champagne silk jacquard, with gold and pink tones, is trimmed with sweet blue accented embroidery and tied up with a velvety ribbon. Wear under, or over, your favorite dress for OG waist training or historically accurate fairy tale fashion. An incredible piece for bridal, too! Very good overall condition consistent with age and use. Stitching remnants and delineation indicate there was previously lace trim or additional “scaffolding” at top (please review photographs). Scattered stains which we have not tried to mitigate. Interior lining also has staining. Metal grommets. Laced as seen in photograph, waist measures approximately 24 inches, and can likely extend up to 30 inches. Entire length of corset is 27 inches, and is 14 inches at its tallest point. Ribbon is in very good condition with a couple of small spots. Photographed outside and indoor to best represent color.
