Description: Purchased from the Fabian House in Old Town Bowie, Maryland about 20 years ago. Late 1880's rocker, re-caned. Caning is perfect, no splits or tears. Considered to be a "maternity rocker" due to the low arms and deep rocking position, conducive to nursing/ rocking an infant.Has been sitting for years in a rarely used room.
