Description: For sale is an antique Virgin Mary praying gold-tone ornate French pin/brooch. This pin is made of a light metal and celluloid/plastic with an ornate design going around the outer edge. This item measures approx. 1 1/2" wide and the pin mechanism works quite well for its age, but you have to make sure everything is lined up properly. This item is very light in weight. This item is antique and has a lot of age and wear. It looks like there are 2 breaks in the plastic which were repaired. One is shown in photos to the left of Mary's head. The other is to the left of her hands. Also, there is loss of gold-tone coating and discoloration to the metal and ground-in dirt on the plastic. See photos for details. Thank you for looking!
