Description: Antique Podmore Walker Manilla Pattern Flow Blue Transferware 7 7/8 Inch Plate Antique British ironstone plate. Decorated in the Manilla pattern in flow blue transfer. Marked on the reverse Manilla PW & Co Ironstone in blue. Produced by Podmore, Walker & Co between 1834 and 1856. Has crazing typical of ironstone, wear consistent with age and use, and glaze wear and glaze flaking along the edge, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 7 7/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. BX
