Description: Lot C4-2 This listing is for one pair of Motor Car Driving goggles, made by Rodgers Peet Co. There is a letter "S" on both lenses, and number on the inside of the bridge that is hard to make out. These goggles are in usable condition. However, they due show age. The metal/rubber has some discoloring and spots/rust, and the right glass lens has a small crack/chip notably on the outside. The lenses also show small possible scratching/nicks. It chip/crack does not penetrate through the thick glass lens on the right (See image 5). The metal mesh shields are adjustable and move smoothly. The arms of the goggles also move freely. These have not been cleaned and will need a cleaning. VERY COOL piece for the nostalgia, restoration and Cosplay/Steampunk conventions. You will be receiving this exact item shown.
