Description: This safe/ lockbox would have been found in a general store, law office, etc. at one time. Very secure, but amazingly lightweight- I'm guessing less than 15lbs. Was most likely designed as a travel safe with the intention of being able to take it home in weekends and such. Original skeleton key, and locking mechanism works perfectly as intended. Six interior compartments. Manufactured by Farwig & Co, London. In sound shape with no dents or dings. Surface oxidation (Please see pics), but I prefer that look myself. However would be a relatively easy restoration if buyer wants the pristine look.
