Description: Lovely antique Staffordshire cream pitcher or jug is in a seaweed pattern, dotted with sprays of purple and red flowers. This purple or mulberry transferware jug is approx. 5 1/2" tall. There are 2 manufacturing imperfections of note---a firing separation at the handle, and a chip at the base, which is mostly covered by the transfer design. It is in otherwise very good antique condition, with no post-manufacture chips or cracks.
