I purchased this from an amish.an in north western PA who claimed that it was in his fa.ily 3 or 4 gerations. I'd say it overall condition is pretty good considering it's over 110 years old. The blade has been welded at some point a d it was a good strong weld. If you wish to not have the blade that is welded I do have a second blade almos. t exactly like the one in the Pic that I can send In place of the welded one. This sythe is about 63" Long with the blade being 31" Long. The sythe jjwill be disassembled for shipping so buyer will have to put it together upon arrival.
