Description: Please note the photos. The holder could use a good polishing. I didn't see any chips or cracks in the glass. There is one pulled finger that is flatter than the others, it is not chipped. I believe this may have happened during the glass-making. The holder is marked K & P which I believe to be Kerr and & Phillips out of Glasgow Scotland. This is quite small with the overall measurements including the basket with the handle up is 5" x 7" x 6". The bowl measures 2.75" x 5". The applied yellow glass is UV reactive. Thank you. :)
