The dress has an embroidered lace collar, cuffs, and lapel. There is an attached belt made from a smooth black silk. There are soutache details along the shoulders made from the same smooth black silk. It has snaps and hooks up the center front that are attached and working. This special piece is in good condition considering its age. It can be very delicately worn or displayed on a mannequin. There are some points of shattering silk, specifically on the waistband belt and on the ribbon hem. There is some shattering a small tears around the neckline as well.
