Description: Pretty antique sewing basket. Beautifully woven and very sturdy. Calico fabric lined with matching attached pin cushion. Also has an attached needle sharpener. I don’t know if this basket ever had a cover. I don’t see anywhere where handles or hinges would be. Body is in exceptional condition; bottom rim of basket is missing a little of the detail - see pictures. Measures roughly 8” high, 12 1/2” x 9” across the top. Beautiful weaving job.
