This churn is made of pine with iron straps. Also has a small cork bung-hole at the bottom. The wooden plug is broken but I left the remaining piece in there. Great old look with old patina. This is really in solid shape for the age of the item. The dimension of the barrel is large and it is close to 17" inches and 13" inches deep. For easier shipping, I will remove the handle, wooden churns, and plug and place them within the barrel of the churn for shipping.
