Whatever you want a knife to do this Dune slayer can do and then some, it is a total Beast. Starting with the Handle Black Canvas Micarta 5" long with a Finger Groove bottom and a Thumb Rest top, and half of the spine is tooled. Micarta is one of the strongest Man-Made materials used to make knives, it will not break you can drive over it and it will not break. It feels great in hand very comfortable to work with. Anza knives only makes 6 Big Knives this being 1 of them, it was made from a 14" File the alloy again File Steel High-Carbon Steel super sharp this blade is 1/4" thick, 1 1/4" wide, 7 3/4" long and has a 7 1/4" Blade Edge this blade was also cut to be made into a double edge. To just say this blade is sharp isn't being fair to the knife, you cannot buy another alloy that will hold the blade edge this knife will. ALL ANZA KNIVES ARE HEAT TREATED/ ANNEALED TO ADD STRENGTH AND DURABILITY FOR A LONG LIFE. This blade can turn to a dark color it is one of the only Anza knives this happens to. This isn't a bad thing this knife will last for a very very long time. If you want Anza cut 4.25 - 4.50" off the spine top of blade for those of you that do want a double edge right now this area is not sharp but you could have it razor sharp in just minutes, really just minutes, and they tooled the rest of the spine to give it character / looks. This is another Full Tang Construction knife there is no way to make a stronger knife than using one piece of steel, it also has a extended tang with a lanyard hole.
