The "PE-85R" was distributed in the late 90's and is now in stock! The body has a beautiful curved top, a heel-less joint, and a slim body design that is very comfortable to hold. It is equipped with Seymour Duncan's "Duncan Designed" pickups, a feature of this period! Also equipped with Japanese pegs and well finished! This is a rock guitar that offers the full splendor of a traditional PE. Overall, there are scratches, dents, signs of use, and dull/rusty metal parts. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck warp has already been adjusted with the rod, but it is still high (slightly raised from the joint). There is no problem for playing. The frets are noticeably worn on the low positions of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd strings, but there are no problems with playing the guitar.
