The front label is clean with some minor wear and scratches. The cart shell is clean with some minor wear, some minor spots of grime, and some noticeable yellowing, mostly on the back half (see photos). I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my modified SNES. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever.
