This still has the quality seal on it, I got this in a lot of locomotives off Trainz so I do not know when it was first produced, has a copyright date of 2008 on box. Took a lot of pictures they are part of description. Described as new other for the fact I can not tell if someone broke seals and re sealed item. Selling to someone who will use it AS-IS do not want to break seals. Will be mailed out 1-3 days after payment is received I use USPS you choose Ground or Priority mail.
