The stone itself measures a large 1 1/4" x 3/4" wide and with the gold and diamonds weighs weighs 12.4 grams. The stone has to be 18 carats or more. The pendant is marked IOG 14k and is 100% authentic. An incredible piece that we dont wish we had to sell.
