Description: Authentic and VERY large Department of State flag from the Embassy in Mexico City. This State Dept. flag was given as a gift to an official in the early 1970’s, who has now given it to me. The Seal is HAND-PAINTED, it’s beautiful. There’s a few stains on it, I bet it could be cleaned at a dry cleaners, (as long as they don’t touch the Seal). A piece of history. 67X37
