(retired electrician)*too many lights for all occasions and conditions, Ie, migraines. indirect lighting and Zoom lights for internet. half-life remaining on12v battery. 240w solar fully functional with new controller. 3tires new, 3 tires are at half life. recent wheel alignment. includes heavy duty 2-5/16" hight adjustable tow hitch and 12k# weight distribution system. new 12 volt water pump. 25' heated water hose included. 22" rooftop vent covers new. oven and stove work. fully functional "on demand" 120v hot water system. good spare tire. newer carpet/ upgraded flooring but not new. upgraded connection electrical lines (see photo electrical box). 120v black tank stick on heater for colder weather. 25' heated water hose, all heat taped. spent last 2 winters at 6500' in the great basin. all windows are insulated and sealed. 1 large and 1 small catalytic heaters x2. new propane dual valve controller. Double/full sized IKEA 4" mattress included, relatively new though covered with a mattress cover since new. Issues: mostly original interior could use some wood working love and cosmetics. some rust found around fresh water tank when purchased only thin metal and not frame related. I cut out as much as possible and sealed and painted quite well. no structural/frame rust. outside body is not as shiny as others. common milky film from AC and weathering. Needs a good oiling 2wice a year. emergency escape window needs replace. most other windows are old, serviceable, frames are functional but not clean. some side windows are screwed shut for weather seal. But large front and back windows are insulated and sealed for weather but fully functional. Summary: you can move in today. take it anywhere, it's old but solid.,Only moving out because I bought a house. very cozy when personalized. all systems are fully functional accept old avion control panel. (bypassed). More: Outside skin weathered needs occasional oiling. slight crunch repaired on left rear wheel well between wheel well and tank drain access. 25' heated water hose included. window seals not great but repaired and sealed.
