It is signed near the bottom right, and measures approximately 25x32 inches. It features a cityscape at night by the water/ river, possibly Pittsburgh, New York, Chicago, etc. I have not been able to find out much about the artist, but due to the skill shown, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were a listed artist. It is an excellent piece for your collection, one your friends definitely wont have! It is a great collectors item, for display gifting galleries, and more.
