May, or may not include Resitorx screwdriver and manual. Box DOES include: Network camera with protective plastic on smoked dome, Weather shield, Mounting bracket, Smoke dome cover, and Side cover plate. Most of the boxes come with a Resitorx screwdriver and a owners manual, but some do not. We can not guarantee you will receive the screwdriver or manual. School system received a government security grant which upgraded all of our outside cameras. Units for sale are what we had on hand for backups, and replacements. Initial installers removed the bags of mounting hardware and cables, even from these new units in the warehouse. We will ship fast using USPS Priority Mail.
