Turn the face of the skull to your left or right 2.) Angle the chin of the skull down to almost a 45 degree angle, vary this angle to get the pitch you want 3) Blow hard to get the screaming sound, and be careful of other peoples ears! Aztec and Mayan Death Whistles were used as either a sacrificial item, or to intimidate enemies during times of war! The sound was said to have been able to travel for miles! If you blow into the hole at the top it makes a VERY loud screaming sound. It will make anyone jump if you blow it behind them.
