I had my good friends build and assemble it to spec. Andy built the board, Mustafa built the removable playing fields and Jeff (the owner of Crisloid) wrapped the board and installed my vintage hardware. I then had a local upholsterer make the carrying case and extra High Stakes Cube pouch. I had them all sign it as they finished their part. And I was lucky enough to meet Paul Magriel a few times before he passed. One time I sat with him and chatted across this giant 24pt field of honor in NY and I asked him to sign it. With a big smile he happily did and shook my hand as he went off to play his scheduled match. Such a gentleman and an unbelievable mind and player.It was quite the experience. Which is what makes this board that much more special. The Board was made to perfectly fit 6 colors of 2" Bakelite checkers and accessories. The storage area is mostly but not completely secure. Some divider pieces are a little loose but they can be secured if you just spend a few minutes with it. The King Comes With:EVEYTHING YOU SEE! HOWEVER, the Blue Moon set was (regretably) sold to my friend Andy years ago. So there are only 5 sets, but I will include the companion checkers for them all with the Butterscotch checkers in the storage area being one of the companion sets.
