Description: Baldwin Little Red Hen tin lithographed chicken. Very lifelike hen sitting in a basket. Nice litho with no rust. There are a few light scratches from playwear. (Mostly on her head, see photos). When you wind it up, she cackles and lays an egg. Originally she came with 6 colorful wooden eggs, but she works fine with the yellow marble we have included. The hen is about 5" long and 5" high to the top of her tail. Baldwin manufactured this early childhood toy in the late 1930s.
