There is a handwritten antique shop sticker on the bottom of the plate (easy to remove if you want to). It is in Very Good Vintage Preowned Condition with signs of age, appropriate to the age wear to the gilded trimming and smaller than 1/4" underglazed brown spot next to the flower arrangement - manufacturer flaw.
