Description: Beautiful vintage majolica platter. This is overlapping leaf pattern in four different earth tones. The plate is nearly perfiect. There are two point edges that are slightly rough but nothing missing, possibly poor glaze coverage. There is a small chip on the foot. The back side shows crazing and staining, very typical of vintage majolica. I am including a photo of a green platter found on ETSY. it was marked on the back "COPELAND", this one has no marking which was common with some Copeland pieces. CHARISH also had a green one also priced at $425. This one has a moderate starting bid with no reserve.
