This is the Chelsea dress from Bernie Dexter in white lipstick print! It's size XS, but the Chelsea style tends to run large, so please check the measurements below! This is a cotton fabric with printed lipsticks, and the gold is metallic. Dress is new! Has only been tried on by me but not otherwise worn. Would make a GORGEOUS holiday party dress! Approximate measurements: Please look at the measurements below and compare with your own. I do have cats, but this dress is kept in room that they cannot get into.
