This 2022 FCBD issue was preserved in an archival Mylar bag with an acid-free board as soon as it was received, and has been stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. As long as I own it (like ALL my comics) it will NEVER spend a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit. It was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time to be photographed for this listing!! Grading Notes: If you’re like me, you get frustrated looking at listings with pictures of clearly blemished copies that sellers claim are NEAR MINT (or even MINT) just because they’re in a bag. I try my best to grade strictly, based on Overstreet criteria. Based on those criteria, this copy is in approximately NEAR MINT (9.4) condition, with the following production blemishes (it has bits of color loss: one next to the top staple on the front cover; and others between the staples on the back cover – but, since this condition was present on all 20 of the copies I purchased, I believe it to be a production issue that should not affect the grade. HOWEVER, I never want a Buyer to be disappointed, so please examine the 3rd and 4th photos and make sure that these minor production imperfections are acceptable to you before purchasing this copy) This was one of the VERY BEST copies available, selected from all the copies which were delivered to a high-volume Comic Shop on the day they were received - and BEFORE they were put on the racks for customers to handle!!
