Description: As you can see in the video red light flashes 4 times when placed on charging dock then goes solid. BISSELL.com told me on the phone this is due to some brushroll obstruction or passage block or dirty filters etc. I have no clue as there is no blockage but they say could be durt inside the machine. I have no clue. With that said pricing it mote than fairly as parts. Missing the dirty water tank and the brushroll clear cover.
