Blodgett BX14 double-stack combi oven, gas, will sell whole or in parts

Description: Here we have a double-stack Blodgett BX14 commercial natural gas oven. It looks to me like they cooked something that blew up and messed up the inside of the oven, or possibly they used a cleaner that had a bad reaction during cooking or something, because the inside of the glass is very fogged up, and there's other evidence of something leaking down the sides. It's a natural gas oven, so I can't fully test it, but it seems pretty clear that the reason they surplused it was due to being messed up and needing cleaning. So I'm sure that the various parts are in working order, and I'm definitely willing to sell parts, as long as I can figure out how to remove them. If you want the entire thing, it'll of course go freight, fully crated. It'll probably weigh around 2k lbs after crating, I'd guess. Feel free to ask for a freight quote, I'll need a delivery address, and I'll need to know if there's a dock or forklift to unload.
