Blue Dress Crystal Rhinestones Competition Pageant Gown Formal Women 4

Description: This is a royal blue dress with the top covered in crystal rhinestones. It is by Tiffany Designs. The size is labeled as 4. (see measurements below) I believe this is a custom finished dress that was worn for a competition or pageant. A unique prom dress. There is all the hand sewn crystal rhinestones on both the front and the back. They are sewn onto netting. There are also small sequins, crystal beads and flute beads. The bodice is lined in the front only. The skirt part is fully lined. It is Sleeveless. Zipper is on the side of the dress and has a metal hook and eye closure. There are only a few crystals missing that I can see. They are a couple of the small glued on ones in the back and you can find matching crystals and glue them on easily. Or just ignore them. There are so many that you have to look really close to find the missing ones. ****The rhinestones have a habit of turning around when not worn so have someone help you turn them all facing front again when you are wearing this gorgeous gown.****The top collar part has hook and eye closures (see photo). Several of the sewn "eye" parts are pulled loose so you will have to sew on new ones. MEASUREMENTS:Across the back from arm pit to arm pit approx 15" (this fits a size 32 to 34 bust) Waist approx. 24 - 25"Length of skirt from waist to hem approx 22" This could be worn for a pageant, to a formal occasion, a Quinceanera to a wedding, to a ball, a cocktail party. You could wear it for a costume party and come as a princess to a ball. The fabric is Polyester, recommended Professional Dry Cleaning only. Very Good quality in New slightly used condition. The fabric under the arms is clean and crisp. No stains nor tears that I can see. This will be mailed inside a box to protect the rhinestones. That will add weight to the shipping package.
