I'll remove this comment if I find it.] This EVSE doesn't require a crazy 40, 50 or 60(!) amp breaker (and potentially an electrical service upgrade to your house) and yet is WAY faster than using a standard, 120V outlet! We used this with our Chevy Volt and Tesla Model 3 and it was perfect for us. Can be used with the included NEMA plug (for 30- or 50-amp input) or hardwired by your electrician. Amperage draw setting is adjustable! Note that if you need/want a VERY fast (9.6 or 11.5 kW) charger, this model isn't for you with its max 5.8 kW / 24 amp / 240 V output. To get the maximum charging speed from this EVSE, you'll need at least a 30 amp breaker and a NEMA 6-30 receptacle. These chargers are heavy-duty to withstand outside and commercial use.
