You will need to use your existing magazine well steel stamping and screws from your stock. This stock is a new old stock aftermarket part made by Marlin. I purchased several of these from Remington as they were winding down their operation in Huntsville, Alabama. It will ship to you as shown with the instructions for installation printed on the box. Please note that this stock is for use with a magazine box and not a magazine tube. (I have stocks for tube fed guns listed separately).
