This could be the High Temp Thermodisc or the POF (Proof of Fire) Low Limit Thermodisc. The controls for your stove operate under very harsh conditions: exposure to extreme heat, vibration and power surges along with excessive ampere draw. The High Temp Limit Thermodisc is a safety switch located near the convection blower. This limit disc opens on temperature rise to interrupt the power if temperatures rise above 300 degrees.
