Description: This is a very good condition vintage Brouwer Modette women's peek toe heeled shoes. They are size 7.5 AAAA. They show no signs of wear other then the bottoms being scuffed. The Cuban heel, overall style, peep-toe, woven laces, all add up to pair of of gorgeous vintage shoes. These were sold between 1936-1039 Im not 100% sure of the manufacturer, but I believe Modette was a brand name used by Brown Shoe Company out of St. Louis, MO. Brouwers was one of the biggest chains of shoe stores in the midwest and often had enough buying power to get its name imprinted on the insoles of shoes.
