See photo. Very good overall condition. Pages have some toning and minor imperfections consistent with age. Paper has chain lines but no visible watermark. See photos Seligmann used Catesby’s plates, and published the engravings in ‘Collection of Various Foreign and Rare Birds’. This re-engraved Jackdaw is same size as the Jackdaw in Catesby’s The Natural History of Carolina, Florida and the Bahama Islands, titled Monedula purpuria.
