Those problems are typically related to blend door, blower motor or programmer module failures.Cosmetic repairs beyond thorough cleaning are not included. If the face and/or buttons of your unit are damaged and in need of replacement, I offer a new replacement face kit that can be installed for an additional charge or $95.
