The following information was researched and exclusive to this listing. "This is not your regular mass produced rocking horse but rather a unique and one-of-a-kind rocking bench or rocking chair. Vintage 1950's one of a kind handcarved handmade childs solid wood rocking chair. Compared to other listings this was executed by a master craftsman, the wood was especially selected as shown by the curved grain of the bench seat and the beautiful selection of woods. This level of quality is rare and hard to find. Solid construction, appears to be all pegged construction and natural finish. It is evident that alot of thought went into the craftsmanship of this unique piece. Beware of other copycat versions which are not as distinguished in the quality of woods, construction or hand painted details. Excellent vintage working condition rocker for nursery child kid youth room. Flaws noted except for normal wear and tear. One of the bears foot is cracked and the rocker wiggles a TINY BIT.
