For this listing we offer one (1) vintage 1960's original Special Long Armature with No Tooth Pinion and No Wires, Can Driven Chrome, 36D Mabuchi Motor. Can driven motor with no pinion gear manufactured by L.M. COX Manufacturing Co., Inc. made in Japan for Cox. Special made under the part number #16250. New Old Stock. For 1/32 1/24 1/25 scales. These motors feature a Special 3/8" long armature shaft out the can end of the motor. The Regular length armature for the COX Motor was just a bit longer than 3/16", These Special Motors are 3/8" long. See pics that compare to a standard (regular COX 36D Motor). NOTE: The Regular COX Motor is for "Viewing Only' and is not for sale in this offering. (I have them in my Store in another offering. Look them up if you need a regular COX motor). Info: (Can Driven) Pinion armature comes out the Can end of the motor. (Head Driven) Pinion armature comes out the Head end of the motor.
