WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. Measures 2 1/2 inches high by 1 7/8ths inches wide. The glass has a few small bubbles within. No cracks, chips, gouges or stains. I find very few light surface scuffs commensurate with infrequent handling, cleaning and storage. This unique and well-made bottle is clean, bright and ready for display.
