Description: This is called a carton rack sleeve because it slipped over a metal rack sign just for a July 4th promotion. I HAVE FOUR AVAILABLE!! One piece light card stock with umbrella that folds up and end tabs are inserted into slots on back, making this "bow out" to appear as a 3-D umbrella. Brilliant design! This measures 20-1/4" wide and roughly 18-1/2" tall. NOS never used. Condition: some browning around edges and rusty staples from being stored all these years, definitely nothing serious. This would look awesome displayed and definitely a conversation piece, especially during 4th of July celebrations.
