Description: Compression Tester Kit This is a kit that we put together to use in our own shop and now, by popular demand, have made it available for sale! The custom adapter is proudly MADE IN USA and includes an integrated check valve inside the adapter to hold the pressure and allow you to easily see your engine's maximum compression. We also include a quick disconnect coupling set to let you easily attach and detach the gauge. This is a commercial duty product that we designed for our own use. How To Use:Remove your factory injector and replace the injector with this adapter. Attach a compression gauge to the adapter, close the bleeder valve below the gauge, crank over the engine (do not start!), and read the pressure on the gauge. Release the pressure in the line by opening the bleeder valve. Yanmar diesel engines should be around 450-550psi.
