Description: Here's a 5 5/8" saucer by Copeland Spode in the Buttercup pattern. These feature a Chelsea wicker band around a floral center, and then a thumbprint rim. Buttercup was produced between 1924 and 1992. I believe that these are of the older variety. The backstamp seems older, and they have the very fine crazing that comes with age in this type of bone china. These saucers are in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The rims are smooth. There is very fine crazing that at least for me is difficult to see unless well lit and close. Please take a look at my other listings.
