This is the best selectorized row ever created! I like to pull using the long handles about the mid-way point and really blast my lats. I promise that you’ll love this machine and the design is excellent. The stack goes up to 300 lbs., which really comes in handy when trying to build your lats. I think this machine is a sleeper and doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. It also works very well for reverse flys to target the rear delts. Machine is a great bang for the buck and I personally, highly recommend it. This machine is in perfect working order. How OUR PROCESS works: We acquire our equipment from various gyms and dealers across the country. Once the items are in our possession, our technicians will go through, clean, and service the items. Our goal is always to make the units as nice as possible, however, we do not offer full remanufacturing / re powder-coating. Therefore, items may show signs of minor wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, paint chips, etc. We thoroughly clean and test each machine using a multi-point checklist verifying that all functions of the machine are fully operational. During this process, we try to remove as much of the wear and tear as we can, so the unit looks and works great!
