Mother of pearl dial has diamond markers and moveable bezel is also accented with diamonds. 2 piece leather band with hidden fold clasp fits wrist size up to 7.0". New battery put in and confirmed working. Most of my items come from auctions, garage sales or estate sales. I do not smoke in my home, but there may be items that come from a smokers home. If I notice the smell, I will mention that in my listing. If it's not mentioned that doesn't mean it is for sure from a smoke free home, I just couldn't smell it.
