See below for complete information on the condition of this beautifully-preserved classic issue Long term storage in a Mylar bag with an acid-free boarduntil submission to CGC in June of 2024!!This issue was bagged and boarded since purchase and (since 1990, when I learned about the superior results attainable with archival storage products and moved my entire collection into those products) it was preserved in a thick archival Mylar bag with a heavy-weight acid-free board, and stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. It was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time to be graded by CGC!! I submitted it to CGC to be graded and encased and it was returned, with a 7.5 Grade in July of 2024. This copy, both before and after processing by CGC, NEVER has spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit, (and it NEVER will as long as I own it!).Thanks to careful handling, and long-term storage in Mylar, and despite turning 6 DECADES old in 2025, this issue STILL looks quite NICE, especially in its brand new CGC holder with its 7.5 grade on a Universal Label!! The photos show the covers, the CGC Grade and creator/content details, and all the corners, ends and edges of the BRAND NEW CGC case.
