Description: Hardy Moonflower Datura meteloides inoxia Up for bid are seeds of the Moonflower plant. This plant covers itself in large white trumpet shaped flowers in summer and fall. The flowers open in the evening and close around noon the next day (hence the name moonflower). The plants reseed themselves regularly, and you may find volunteers sprouting up in other locations, although they are easy to remove if they come up in a location that you do not like. They also sometimes develop a thick tuberous root that survives the winter. These seeds were collected from plants in zone 5b in central Pennsylvania from plants with tuberous roots. These plants have been in the same location for numerous years, and they come back up every year. These seeds should show the same great cold hardiness as the parent plants. You are bidding on 10 seeds of the Hardy Moonflower. As always, you can save on shipping by buying more than one of my items. Each additional pack of seeds ships for only .50. Thank you for viewing my item.
