Women astronauts did not exist in the U.S. until Sally Ride in 1983, 20 years after Russian cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova was thrust into space. Dee O'Hara: Astronauts' Nurse is in good condition. This is a library book. There are several stamps in the book that have been blocked out and check-out glue at the back. Library stamps on the outside of the pages and writing taped on the spine.
